Meet Essoung N’noko Ruth Raissa, is a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer who has worked with non-governmental organizations and was able to achieve intended impact of projects/ programs by developing a good M&E system strategy that focuses on evidence-based results. This includes designing logic models, planning activities, collecting, analyzing and using data.

She monitors the progress of indicators as defined by the results chain of the project’s logical framework and evaluates the achievement of results. Prior to her career in humanitarian work, she spent six years as a data collection agent and data entry operator in several Cameroonian social marketing structures. Today, she analyzes and interprets data using data management softwares such as Kobo collect, Excel, SPSS, Google form… for humanitarian projects and private consultations.

Theresia is an Administrative and Finance Officer. She holds a Masters Degree in International Relations speciality Money, Banking and International Finance from the International Relations Institute of Cameroon (IRIC). Theresia had previously worked in humanitarian projects in the following positions: Finance and Administrative Assistant, M&E Assistant, Accountability Officer, Protection Assistant and Sub Divisional Field Coordinator. Presently she works for #defyhatenow Cameroon as Administrative and Finance Associate.
