#YEF Inter school debate in Adjumani district, Uganda

On Saturday 28th of July #YEF held an inter school debate in Dzipi sub county, Adjumani district. The theme, of the debate was trying to answer the question “what role does social media play in promoting peace?”

The debate involved 2 schools with each best sending their best 5. Pagirinya progressive secondary school is one of the model schools in Pagirinya refugee settlement that has been a frequent beneficiary of the #defyhatenowproject activities.

Dusman GLady from St .James college secondary won the debate with an impressive 85.9%
