This is Ahlam’s response when asked about her passion for promoting women’s inclusion in non-traditional careers in her community. Having encountered societal stereotypes attempting to limit her career options, Ahlam refused to be boxed in by those stereotypes and followed her own path. Today, she serves as a Project Coordinator for a non-governmental organization, managing various developmental projects. Recently, she embarked on a role in Finance Administration for a peace-building project.
Her favorite aspect of the job? “Each day presents new challenges and growth opportunities, and I thrive on using my skills to contribute to meaningful social change!”
